OMG! I can't believe that I'm getting ready to retire this fall after working in Human Resources for about 35 years - the last 15 in San Antonio for Genuine Parts Company/NAPA. I have no idea what I'll do once I'm not with corporate Amercia, but I'm not concerned! I live in the Texas Hill Country within easy commute of my older daughter & her family in Fredericksburg and my younger daughter and her family in New Braunfels. I have a wonderful, old (20's or 30's era?), Sears & Roebuck "kit" house that is a perfect "Granny house" for my 4 grandkids; plus, I'm in walking distance of the Guadalupe River in an area other folks only get to visit on weekends. Who could ask for more? I've been married twice but am currently single and plan to stay that way. My life is full and I am content. Just anxious to see what new adventures lay ahead! And wondering how we all got so old and "mature"!!!

Hey Ann Nichols Powell.
I have been looking for you for a long time. Last time I saw you, you were living in California. I am retired now from Lockheed Martin Aero (previously GD) after 28 years. Love not doing anything. Still live in FW, on the SW Side of town, refused to live east of I-35. Been married for 43 years to my first husband, Berry. Two kids, Berry, Jr. and Susan. Planning wedding Nov 7 for Susan -- finally, she has found someone and she has waited a long time looking......
I am not "old", I call it "seasoned", pop me in the oven? Glad you responded.
Best Regards,
Lynne
